 Death Valley National Park (U.S. National Park Service) (nps.gov)

Woah! It was so hot, but the desert was beautiful! Look at the colors in those rocks. Dozy the Desert Tortoise was such a wonderful friend and travel buddy. I'll miss him, but promised I'd come back to see him someday. Check out my story to learn why Dozy isn't coming with me.

Orange, orange, and more orange...everywhere! Orange is my favorite color. Do you think I loved this park? :)

Cape Cod National Seashore (U.S. National Park Service) (nps.gov) 

I thought I would be enjoying rest and relaxation at the beach. I did, for about five minutes, then life happened in the form of snakes, beetles, and seals. I'm going to need another vacation after this vacation!

Cuyahoga Valley National Park (U.S. National Park Service) 

 Who knew what I wore could make a HUGE difference in this park. I thought I was wearing a simple t-shirt, but boy was I wrong!

 Yellowstone National Park (U.S. National Park Service) 

I knew I'd see bison in the park, but a pink fairy godfather armadillo. Never in a million years. But I did and boy was I glad!

 Channel Islands National Park (U.S. National Park Service) 

Did you think icons only existed in Hollywood? Nope. I met several of them in Channel Islands and they were fun to hang out with!

 Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks (U.S. National Park Service) 

 I got to meet three amazing park rangers, plus a real-life general. Life does not get better than this!
